Brake van - Air vehicle
The term "kankyu ressha" (express train) is used to describe a passenger or freight car that has a conductor's compartment separated from the rest of the car and is equipped with brakes so that the train can be stopped in the event of an accident. (Engineering Vocabulary (1886))
