It consists of the Kana Mokuroku (Additional Kana Mokuroku) enacted in 1526 (Taei 6) by Imagawa Ujichika, who succeeded in transforming from shugo to Sengoku daimyo, and the Kana Mokuroku Supplement (Additional Kana Mokuroku) enacted in 1553 (Tenbun 22) by Ujichika's son Yoshimoto.
