...He served the Kii Tokugawa family for generations until the end of the Edo period. The 6th Kakusensai Soza (Genso, Ryuhoken) was born as the son of Hisada Sozen, the eldest brother of the previous Zuiryusai Ryokyu, and was adopted at the age of 12. At the age of 14, he lost his adoptive father and was brought up by Fujimura Yoken.
