火炎びんを使用して,人の生命・身体・財産に危険を生じさせた者,火炎びんの製造・所持者等を処罰する法律(1972年)。本法でいう火炎びんとは,ガラスびんその他の容器にガソリン,灯油その他引火しやすい物質を入れ,発火装置または点火装置を施した物。なお,火炎びんについては,これを爆発物取締罰則にいう爆発物ではないとする判例があった。
