火炎びんを使用して，人の生命・身体・財産に危険を生じさせた者，火炎びんの製造・所持者等を処罰する法律（1972年）。本法でいう火炎びんとは，ガラスびんその他の容器にガソリン，灯油その他引火しやすい物質を入れ，発火装置または点火装置を施した物。なお，火炎びんについては，これを爆発物取締罰則にいう爆発物ではないとする判例があった。
