From the mid-1930s, Wright aimed for a three-dimensional effect by stacking horizontal lines and a fusion of the interior and exterior of the building by using continuous glass windows in the Kaufman House (Fallingwater) and other buildings, and also presented floor plans based on modules of geometric shapes such as squares. Meanwhile, the International Style of architecture was introduced with the Ravel House (1929, Los Angeles) designed by R. Neutra, and W. Gropius, P.
