Carr's theory of industrialism, WW Rostow's "Stages of Economic Growth," and Ross and Hartman's international comparative study of labor disputes, but in terms of their influence, D. Bell's theory of the "end of ideology" and R. Dahrendorf's theory of social class cannot be overlooked. Most of his works were published in 1960, so modern (late) industrialism can also be called the "1960 paradigm." ...
