A district of Ishinomaki City in the northwest of the Oshika Peninsula in eastern Miyagi Prefecture. Former village name. In the early Meiji period, ocean-going ships anchored here as an outer port of Nobiru Port. Tsukinoura in the northwest was the departure point for Hasekura Tsunenaga, an envoy to Europe from Date Masamune. Currently a small fishing port. 宮城県東部，牡鹿半島北西側にある石巻市の地区。旧村名。明治初期には野蒜 (のびる) 港の外港として外洋船が停泊した。北西の月ノ浦は伊達政宗の遣欧使支倉常長の出帆地。現在は小漁港。
