Born in the 2nd year of Tenju (1311-1362). Son of Ogasawara Nagamoto. In 23rd year of the Oei era, he participated in the suppression of the Uesugi Zenshu Rebellion. In 32nd year of the Ogasawara clan, he became the guardian of Shinano and restored the power of the Ogasawara clan. In the Eikyō Rebellion, he captured Kamakura and served as the camp magistrate in the Battle of Yuki. He died on August 9th in the 2nd year of the Kakitsu era. He was 67 years old.
