...They are caught by fly fishing and gill nets, but the catch is small and they have no industrial value in Japan. In Japan, there are three other species of yugoi: the large-mouthed yugoi, the long-spined yugoi, and the silver yugoi. The first two species are very similar to the yugoi in terms of shape, habitat, and diet.
