Ougi Festival - Ougisai

...The scale of its tradition and the strength of its organization are unmatched in other folk performing arts. The largest festival is the Ougi Festival on February 1st and 2nd, and life in Kurokawa revolves around it throughout the year. There are all-night performances in the two houses to welcome the gods, and from the next morning, Noh and rituals compete on the stage of the shrine's worship hall.
