Coastal area - Enkaiikuiki
A navigational area defined by the "Enforcement Regulations of the Ship Safety Act." There are flat water areas, coastal areas, near-shore areas, and deep sea areas. In principle, coastal areas are the waters within 20 nautical miles from the coast.
