[Functions of the State]
Generally speaking, the function of politics is to adjust the differing interests within society and maintain social order and stability, but in order to accomplish this function, society needs to be organized. The state is nothing more than a social organization created to carry out the functions of politics. When viewed from the perspective of the state organization, the members of society are called citizens or citizens.
