The anterior rami of the sacral nerves (2nd, 3rd, and 4th) are the plexus of nerves that supply the pelvic organs and the perineum. The largest branch is the pudendal nerve, which further divides into the inferior rectal nerve, the perineal nerve, and the dorsal nerve of the penis.
