It is also called Tuina, Kyou-ma, Anma, etc., and its content seems to have changed slightly over time, but it is a type of physical therapy that aims to improve blood circulation and restore the body's functions by pressing and moving parts of the body. In the Suwen, which is said to convey the medical theory of the Han dynasty, Anma is treated as a therapy to cure paralysis caused by a malfunction of the meridians, but in the Book of Han, it is said that a book called Huangdi Qibo Anma was written at the end of the Western Han dynasty, and it is classified as a book of immortals. ...
