The leader of the Azumi clan who appears in the "Nihon Shoki." After the death of Emperor Nintoku, Prince Sumiyoshi Nakatsu plotted rebellion against the Crown Prince (later Emperor Richu), and he sided with the Crown Prince, leading the Awaji fishermen in their pursuit of the Crown Prince.
