Red-breasted Hawk - Red-breasted Hawk

...They are a relatively unspecialized group, living in sparse forests and feeding mostly on ground prey. Only the rough-legged hawk Buteo lagopus and the red-breasted hawk B. regalis have feathered legs down to the base of the toes. The sparrowhawks are the most typical of the hawks, with about 50 species in five genera.
