IFR - Instrument flight rules

IFR - Instrument flight rules
IFR is flying according to a flight plan submitted in advance and air traffic control. VFR is flying while checking the situation visually. To ensure safety, VFR is limited to exceptional flights such as flights in good weather in permitted airspace, reporting, and emergency flights. Since there is no air traffic control, confirmation of accident occurrence is also delayed.
