[Audio transmission and playback method]
Based on the method by which the signal is transmitted and regenerated, it is classified as follows:
[Monaural system]
A method of listening to a single transmission signal with one ear using an earphone. When listening with a speaker, it should be called monophonic (see below), but in contrast to stereo, both are collectively called mono, or conventionally monaural.
