Neocorporatism

...These changes became more and more evident throughout the 1970s. It was in the 1970s that the term neo-corporatism (a cooperative and consultative system between government, labor and management) was coined to describe the political and economic changes in European countries (especially in Scandinavia, the Benelux countries, Austria and Italy). There was also a growing awareness of the spread of a "dualism" (a multi-layered industrial economy and labor market structure) in the economy and society.
