Also called "Juchuu Hokekyo Goi-Kuden" (Course of the Lotus Sutra) and "Nikko-ki." Copies from 1571 (Genki 2) are kept at Taiseki-ji and Yoho-ji temples, and were published in 1654 (Shoo 3), 1721 (Kyoho 6), and 1751 (Horeki 1). It is said that Nichiren's disciple Nikko wrote down Nichiren's lectures on the Lotus Sutra in 1278 (Kōan 1), but recently, bibliographical and doctrinal considerations have led to the theory that it is a false compilation. The first volume contains the title of the sutra and the introductory chapter through the Yujiyūtsu chapter, while the second volume contains the Juryo chapter through to the end, as well as the Muryogikyō, the Kannon Sutra, and a separate transmission, for a total of 231 articles (the 1654 edition had 229 articles).

《就注法華経御義口伝》《日興記》とも称す。1571年(元亀2)の写本が大石寺，要法寺にあり，1654年(承応3)，1721年(享保6)，1751年(宝暦1)に出版。1278年(弘安1)日蓮の高弟日興が日蓮の法華経の講義を筆録したとあるが，最近では書誌学的･教学的考察から偽撰説が定着しつつある。上巻は同経の題目と序品以降涌出（ゆじゆつ）品まで，下巻は寿量品から末尾までと無量義経，観普賢経および別伝，総計231ヵ条(1654年の版本は229ヵ条)。
