Overseas Economic Cooperation Fund of Japan

…One of Japan's economic cooperation organizations. Externally, it is also known as the Overseas Economic Cooperation Fund of Japan (OECF). It was established in March 1961 under the Overseas Economic Cooperation Fund Act to contribute to the industrial development and economic stability of developing countries, including Southeast Asia.
