Pseudocyesis

...a condition in which a woman who desires or has an extreme fear of pregnancy experiences subjective and objective signs of pregnancy when in fact she is not, leading her to believe she is pregnant. This condition is also called pseudocyesis. Such patients may experience amenorrhea, abdominal distension due to fatty deposits or intestinal gas, breast enlargement, secretion, and increased pigmentation of the nipple, areola, and abdominal wall midline.
