Haute Cour de Justice

The Supreme Court is made up of 12 members elected from each of the two houses of the parliament. It is composed of the President (president of the Supreme Court of the Judicial Council), the Minister of Justice (vice-president of the Supreme Court), and nine members appointed by the President.
