Born November 12, 1920. Came to Japan in 1948 as a cooperation officer for the student division of the Japan YMCA Alliance. Visited university YMCAs around the country and led the student Christian movement. Died on September 26, 1954, when the Toya Maru was lost in the typhoon 15. Age 33.
