1895‐1959
Italian fascist politician. After playing an important role in the March on Rome, he published the magazine Critique d'Amétique Fascisto (1923) under the fascist regime, and advocated the need for fascist education for young people and the training of a new leadership class with specialized knowledge. In 1926, he became Parliamentary Undersecretary of the newly established Ministry of Cooperation, and participated in the creation of the Labor Charter, which proclaimed the organization and discipline of labor under the fascist regime. He then became Minister of Cooperation, and advocated the creation of a third economic system different from both capitalism and socialism.

イタリアのファシスト政治家。ローマ進軍に重要な役割を演じたあと，ファシズム政権のもとで《ファシスト批評》誌を刊行(1923)，青年層へのファシズム教育および専門知識を身につけた新指導階級の養成の必要を説いた。1926年新設の協同体(コルポラツィオーネ)省政務次官となり，ファシズム体制における労働の組織と規律をうたった労働憲章の作成に加わった。次いで協同体相となり，資本主義とも社会主義とも違う第3の経済体制の創出を唱えた。
