History of the Bocho Kaiten
Written by Suematsu Kencho. Published between 1911 and 1920. 12 volumes in total. Describes the period from the Tenpo Reforms of the Choshu Domain to the abolition of the domains and establishment of prefectures in 1871. Aizan Yamaji and Toshihiko Sakai also participated in the compilation. A valuable source for research into the history of the Meiji Restoration.
