Condyloma flatus - Hempeikonjiro-ma

This is a specific type of papular syphilis rash that occurs in the second stage of syphilis. It causes multiple flat red bumps to appear in areas where skin comes into contact, such as the genitals, anus, and under the breasts, and the surface becomes moist. There are numerous Treponema pallidum on the surface, which is the source of syphilis infection. It is also called flat condyloma.

梅毒の第二期に生じる丘疹(きゅうしん)性梅毒疹の特異型であり、陰部、肛門(こうもん)、乳房の下など皮膚が触れ合う場所に平らな赤い隆起が多発して、表面が湿ってくる。表面に多数の梅毒トレポネーマがあり、梅毒の感染源となる。扁平コンジロームとも。
