Brola

A port city in southwestern Albania, facing the Giri i Brolas Bay on the Adriatic coast. Its Italian name is Valona. It is the best port in Albania, and an oil pipeline runs through it from the Kutsobe oil field. It is the place where Albanian independence was declared in 1912.
