Nichiren's writings

Japanese: 日蓮遺文 - にちれんいぶん

Also called Gosho, Gosho, Sosho, and Gomyohan. A general term for Nichiren's writings, letters, catalogs, etc. Currently, there are 493 writings and letters, 65 catalogs, and 357 fragments of the originals. These are preserved in three forms: originals, copies, and printed versions. The originals are in a state of complete existence, almost complete existence, missing parts, or fragments or fragments remaining, and so on. These can be considered to have existed in the past. The copies include copies of individual writings and collected collections of writings, Rokunai Gosho and Rokuge Gosho. The individual copies were copied by Nichiren's direct disciples and disciples. Rokunai Gosho was compiled around the 15th century, and later those not included in Rokunai were compiled as Rokugai.

御書，御抄，祖書，御妙判ともいう。日蓮の著作，書状，図録等の総称。現在伝えられている遺文は，著作･書状493編，図録65編，それ以外に真跡断簡357点を数える。これらの伝存形態は，真跡，写本，刊本の三つで，真跡の残存状態は，完全に現存，ほぼ完全に現存，ある部分が欠失，断片･断簡が現存などで，これにかつて存在したことの明らかなものを準じてよいであろう。写本には，個別遺文の写本と集成された遺文集《録内御書》《録外（ろくげ）御書》があり，個別写本は日蓮の直弟･孫弟子による書写，《録内御書》はほぼ15世紀のころ集成され，その後《録内》未収録のものを《録外》として集成された。
