Theory of the All-People's State - Zenjinminkokkaron

This is a theory of the state proposed in the Soviet Union in the early 1960s, which was proposed as a theoretical representation of a classless state with the task of resolving class contradictions and building a communist society. The 1961 Program of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union stated, "The dictatorship of the proletariat has fulfilled its historical mission by ensuring the complete and final victory of socialism, the first stage of communism, and the transition of society to the comprehensive construction of communism, and is no longer necessary in the Soviet Union from the standpoint of the tasks of domestic development.

ソ連邦で1960年代初頭に提唱された国家理論で，階級矛盾を止揚し，共産主義社会の建設を課題とする無階級社会の国家の理論的表象として提唱された。1961年のソ連の共産党綱領は，〈プロレタリアート独裁は，共産主義の第一段階たる社会主義の完全かつ最終的な勝利と，共産主義の全面的な建設への社会の移行とを保障したことによって，その歴史的使命を果たし終え，国内的発展の任務という見地からみて，ソ連ではもはや必要でなくなった。
