Sexual perversion

It refers to a qualitative perversion of sexual satisfaction. It involves sexual behavior that deviates from general sexual habits, and can be divided into perversions of sexual objects and perversions of sexual goals, that is, perversions of acts to obtain sexual satisfaction. However, in reality, these two cannot be treated separately. Sexual object perversions include narcissism (self-love), pedophilia, gerontophilia, bestiality, incest, necrophilia, fetishism, and transvestism. Sexual goal perversions include exhibitionism, voyeurism, sadism, and masochism. Fetishism is a typical example of a perversion that involves both object and goal.

性的満足の質的倒錯をいう。一般の性習慣から逸脱した性行動を伴い，性対象の倒錯と性目標，つまり性的満足を得るための行為の倒錯に分けられる。しかし，この両者を現実に切り離して処理することはできない。性対象の倒錯には，ナルチシズム (自己愛) ，小児愛，老人愛，獣姦，近親相姦，死体愛，フェチシズム，服装倒錯などがある。性目標の倒錯には，露出症，窃視症，サディズム，マゾヒズムなどがあげられる。フェチシズムは，対象と目標の両者にまたがる倒錯の代表的なものである。
