Heart Rupture - Shinharetsu

Japanese: 心破裂 - シンハレツ
Heart Rupture - Shinharetsu
A hole opens in the wall of the heart due to myocardial infarction or trauma, causing it to rupture. In many cases, the necrotic myocardium caused by acute myocardial infarction cannot withstand the pressure of the heart, causing the outer wall of the left ventricle to rupture (left ventricular free wall rupture). A large amount of blood often accumulates in the pericardial cavity, causing cardiac tamponade, which requires emergency surgery. Cardiac rupture.
