Written by the Tendai sect monk Koshu ( 1276-1350 ). 116 volumes. Preface dated 1318 (2nd year of Bunpo ). A collection of Tendai stories and oral traditions, as well as a compilation of Koshu's own thoughts and theories from his predecessors.
