...It is also called a "luo". The one used in Peking Opera is called a "Jing xiao luo", the small luo of the Tenth Luo Drum is called a "ma luo", and depending on the region, it is also called a "xiao luo" or a "nai luo". In Peking Opera, the small luo is used in combination with the large luo, and the difference in pitch between the two is considered to be a fifth.
