Jishu sect. Kanjin Hijiri (monk) of Kinkoji Temple, Shichijo Dojo, Kyoto. When famine struck in 1460, he obtained funding from the shogunate to build huts and serve millet porridge the following year, helping the people of Kyoto. He also repaired Gojo Bridge in Kyoto.
