Tender point
〘Noun〙 A point on the body where you feel strong pain when you press it with your fingertips. It occurs in cases of diseases of the internal organs or neuralgia. Tender points can appear in certain areas due to visceral reflexes, and are not necessarily the exact site of the disease.
