Born on April 1, 1901. Studied under Okawa Shumei, and in 1931 formed the All-Japan Patriots Joint Struggle Council with Tsukui Tatsuo and others. Since 1936 he has strengthened his ties with the military and also became a council member of the Great Japan Youth Party. After the war he was involved in the National Salvation Association and other organizations. Died on October 8, 1981. Age 80. Born in Shizuoka Prefecture.
