Kakimoto Dam

...Plastic and auto parts factories are located in the Yanagishima area. Kakimoto Dam in the middle reaches of the Sano River, which originates from Mount Tenshigatake in the northeast, is home to the reservoir lake Lake Tenshi and the Sanogawa Power Plant (maximum output 5,800 kW). At the foot of Mount Tomai in the west, Funayama Onsen (sulfur-containing radioactive spring, 27°C) and Tomaisou Onsen (radioactive spring, 22°C) spring up.
