Japanese: 海軍兵学寮 - かいぐんへいがくりょう
Naval Academy - Kaigunheigakuryo
A training institute for naval officers. It was renamed from the Naval Training School located in Tsukiji, Tokyo in 1870 ( Meiji 3 ), and became the Naval Academy in the 9th year of the same year.
