All Talkies - All Talkies

...The most primitive system was a system in which actors and sound engineers were placed behind the screen in a theater to synchronize the dialogue and sound with the screen. This system was used in the Lumiere film festival in 1895 and in the special screening of DW Griffith's The Birth of a Nation (1915). After that, various systems were invented and improved, including Edison's Kinetophone and Kinetophonograph, and a sound version of Don Juan (1926) with only sound and music, and The Jazz Singer (1927), a part-talkie in which only the singing scenes were recorded at the same time, were made. Then, The Lights of New York (1928), which had sound throughout the entire film, appeared as the first 100% all-talkie. The Hollywood film company Warner Brothers was the first to start producing talkies, but this was not necessarily because the technical foundations for talkies had only just been established at that time. ...
