Karasills; calasiris
In the broad sense, it is a general term for clothing for both men and women, excluding the ancient Egyptian loincloth. In the narrow sense, it is a pleated wrap made of thin linen from the New Kingdom period. The word originates from the Histories of the ancient Greek historian Herodotus.
