Oura iron zither

...It is said to have been introduced to the Korean Peninsula via China during the reign of King Yeongjo of the Yi Dynasty (reigned 1724-76). In Korean, it is also called the O-lao Teotsik-geum. Therefore, although the direct ancestor of the Western zither is the Western dulcimer, its origins can be traced back to Western Asia, and in terms of shape and playing style, it is closest to the Iranian santur.
