[raw]? [Died] Keireki 8 (1048) The leader of the Maitreya Rebellion (1047) in Beizhou (Qinghe County, Hebei Province) during the Northern Song Dynasty in China. He was from Takuzhou (Hebei Province). He called himself King of Dongping, named the country Anyang, and named the era after the rebellion. However, the rebellion was suppressed by government troops in 66 days.
