Equation of a circle

Take the Cartesian coordinate system O- xy . If an arbitrary point on the circumference of a circle centered at fixed point C ( h , k ) is P ( x , y ) and CP = r (radius), then the relationship ( x - h ) ² + ( y - k ) ² = r ² holds. This is the equation of a circle. Moving point P is on the circumference of this circle if and only if its coordinates satisfy this equation. Alternatively, expanding this, x ² + y ² + ax + by + c = 0 ( a ² + b ² > 4 c ) is the equation of a circle.
