〘noun〙① To repeatedly learn an academic subject or art. Keiko. [Choseiden - Kyokukyoku] ② In the military, military practice is carried out under the assumption of a real battle situation in order to get used to actual combat and to test the combat abilities that have been trained in daily life. ※Surai no Nippon (1886), Tokutomi Soho, vol. 6: "For the purpose of practice, it is acceptable to have slaves attacked." ③ A method of teaching at universities etc. Students are made to give presentations on their research and all students hold discussions.
