A temple in Sukumo City, Kochi Prefecture. It belongs to the Chizan school of the Shingon sect. Its mountain name is Shakkizan, and its temple name is Terayama-in. The principal image is Yakushi Nyorai. It is said to have been founded by Gyoki. It is the 39th temple of the 88 sacred places of Shikoku.
