〘 noun 〙 Family members and slaves as the shared property of a clan under the ritsuryo system. They are under the control of the clan leader (the clan head or clan head). 〘名〙 令制における氏の共有財産としての家人、奴婢。氏上（氏宗・氏長者）の管理下にある。氏上の私有財産ではないから、氏上の死亡による財産分配のときもその対象にはならず、次の氏上の管理に移される。※令義解（718）戸「凡応レ分者。家人。奴婢。〈氏賤不レ在二此限一〉」
