For example, the East African Iroca frog Hyperolius marmoratus (illustration) can look like a completely different species, even if it is the same individual, just by looking at the body color and markings. The arum lily frog H. norstockii (English name arum lily frog) is similar; when hiding in the funnel-shaped flowers of the water lily that bloom near water, its body color is the same as the flowers, but when the flowering season ends and it moves to leaves and grass, its body color changes.
