Geshuhan - Kajokan

A military commander of the Tang Dynasty in China. His ancestor was the chief of the Turgish Kashu tribe. His father was appointed deputy governor of Anxi during the Tang Dynasty. His mother was a member of the royal family of Yuchi in Uten. Han served the governor of Hexi, Wang Zhongsi, as deputy envoy for the Great Diversion Army. He was well versed in Chinese classics and enjoyed giving alms, winning the hearts of the people. As the deputy governor of Longxi, chief of the Kansai military and horse commanders, and the Heyuan military envoy, he defeated the invasion of the Tibetans, gaining the trust of Emperor Xuanzong. He was appointed deputy governor and governor of the Longyou governor's preparations for the fields, and in 753 he became governor and defeated the Tibetans, and was enfeoffed as the King of Xiping.

He had a bad relationship with An Lushan, and Yang Guozhong, a political rival of Lushan, appointed him as the crown prince in an attempt to make use of him, but he became addicted to alcohol and sex and became ill. In 754, when An Lushan rebelled, he was appointed the vanguard of the army and led 200,000 troops from Longyou and Heshuo to defend Tong Pass, but in addition to his illness, he also fell out of tune with Yang Guozhong, and after a major defeat, he surrendered to the An army, but was killed.

中国、唐の武将。祖先はトゥルギシュ哥舒部の首長(しゅちょう)。父は唐の安西副都護に任ぜられていた。母は于闐(うてん)の王族尉遅(うっち)氏の出身。翰は河西節度使王忠嗣(おうちゅうし)に仕え大斗軍副使となり、漢籍に通じ、施しを好んで人心を得た。隴西(ろうせい)節度副使都知関西兵馬使河源軍使として吐蕃(とばん)の侵攻を破り、玄宗の信任を得、隴右節度支度(ろうゆうせつどしたく)営田副大使知節度事に任じ、753年同節度使となって吐蕃を攻破、西平郡王に封ぜられた。

　安禄山(あんろくざん)と仲が悪く、禄山の政敵であった宰相楊国忠(ようこくちゅう)は彼を利用しようと太子太保に任じたが、酒色におぼれ廃疾となった。754年、安禄山が反し、先鋒(せんぽう)兵馬元帥を命ぜられ、隴右、河朔(かさく)の兵20万をもって潼関(どうかん)を守ったが、病に加えて楊国忠とも不和となり、大敗して安軍に降伏したが殺された。
