Anaerobics
Anaerobic exercise is also called anaerobic exercise. Unlike aerobic exercise, anaerobic exercise does not require oxygen. It is an exercise that releases energy in a short period of time, such as the 100m dash or weightlifting, and is used as training to build muscle strength and explosive power.
